The three service plans described on this website — Companion Circles (HK$960/month), Cultural and Recreation Studio (HK$2,140/month), and Residence and Lifestyle Plan (HK$3,720/month) — are presented for information purposes. Prices are stated in Hong Kong Dollars and are inclusive of what is described for each plan.

Prices may be reviewed periodically. Any change in price for an existing resident will be communicated with reasonable advance notice in writing.

Access to services is subject to availability and to the terms of any separate residency or service agreement you enter into with us.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, layout and other content on this website are either owned by Wah Yin or used with appropriate permission. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce any part of this website for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The Wah Yin name and the 和 logotype are identifying marks of this residence. You may not use them in any way that implies association with or endorsement by Wah Yin without our express permission.
